K. Pradeep, B.Com (Hon’s), FCA - Director

K.Pradeep is a graduate in B.Com (Hon’s) and is a ranker in Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate education, Andhra Pradesh. He became an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1999 and a fellow member in 2004. He has completed his Graduation in Law during 2001. Presently pursuing ISA (Information Systems Audit) Course conducted by ICAI. Prior to becoming a member, he was with “Lovelock & Lewes” (a member Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers), Hyderabad. During this period he acquired varied experience and gained expertise in accounting and auditing systems. He was involved in finalisation of statutory and internal audit of various medium to large sized organisations. Presently, he takes care of quality control within the firm. He has good understanding of computers and Relational Database concepts. He has sound knowledge of tax laws as well.

J.S.S.Sivarama Prasad B.Com, FCA - Director

J.S.S.Sivarama Prasad is a graduate in Commerce and became an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1999 and a fellow member in 2004. He gained enormous experience in “Ramanatham & Rao”, a Hyderabad based firm of Chartered Accountants. He was involved in finalization of various Banks’ Central Statutory, Statutory, Internal, Revenue and Concurrent Audits and Statutory / Internal Audits of various medium sized organizations. He is currently responsible for business development of the Firm. He has undergone training in Oracle applications and attended many seminars on Information Systems Audit and Control. Presently pursuing ISA (Information Systems Audit) Course conducted by ICAI. He has sound knowledge of Laws relating to Company affairs. He is an active participant in various activities of Hyderabad branch of The Institute (ICAI). He constituted a Study Group under the name & style “Accounting and Auditing Study Group” consisting members of the Institute.

Deepika Kastala B.Com, ACA - Principal

Deepika is a graduate in Commerce from SRR & CVR College, Vijayawada and subsequently became an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2006. She was awarded “Prathibha Puraskar” for excellence in out-standing performance in Intermediate education. She is 2nd ranker in Foundation examination conducted by The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. She gained enormous experience in “Pradeep & Prasad”, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad. She was involved in finalization of various Statutory / Internal Audits of various large / medium sized organizations mentioned above. She has sound knowledge of Accounting, Corporate Laws and Taxation.

Savita Balakrishnan B.Com, ACA

Savita Balakrishnan is a graduate in Commerce from R.A.Podar Collecge of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 1998 and subsequently became an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2003. She gained enormous experience in “Ramakrishnan & Co.”, Chartered Accountants, Pune.
