1. Corporate Advisory Services

We have a separate division responsible for rendering advisory services to Corporates.  This division consists of management professionals and are offering advise on the various business issues.

2. Accounting

 We undertake book keeping / accounting on behalf of our clients. As part of Business Process Outsourcing, entities are outsourcing their business processes and concentrating on core competencies. Accounting is one such business process. Accounting is done either at client’s place or at our end depending on business requirement. Reporting is done on a periodical basis as may be required by our clients.

3.  Accounting Systems

We design and implement Systems of Accounting, Costing and Budgetary Control and develop Accounting Manuals and help the organization in Strategic Cost Management. In this process we undertake the following:

• Reorganization of the internal audit function, development of the internal audit function and internal audit manual.
• Redesign of accounting systems and processes and preparation of
• Authority Manual,
• Accounting Manual
• Re-engineering all the processes and preparation of operations manuals.

4. System Documentation & Analysis

We undertake accounting and computerized system documentation, which enables an entity to identify the “as is” status and can determine “to be” status to improve the overall efficiency.  Depending upon clients’ requirements, the systems, both manual and computerized, are evaluated and analyzed.
